Yes it does. Both sales and repairs come with a one year warranty.
Everything on our website is refurbished except for the handsets, cords, & the Mitel MiVoice phone systems. We have been saving our customers money for over 40 years with our in-house refurbishing team. We do carry some unused products for the Mitel system so please inquire if you are interested.
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping.
Returns are accepted within first 30 days of purchase. If returning an item and it is faulty, we will refund your purchase. If after checking in the equipment and we find that the equipment is fully operational, we do charge a 20 percent restocking fee.
Shipping has a few variables such as size of the package, where we are shipping to, and also how quickly you want it shipped. We charge the rates that we get from UPS.
Yes they are. This was one of the things that Mitel did so that the crossover from the Inter-Tel Axxess system could be handled in a cost-effective manner. If you need to save some money, you can use your same phones until you are ready to replace them.
If your phone equipment becomes faulty within a year of the purchase date and you contact us, you can ship it to us and we will repair it or replace it and pay to ship it back to you. If there is a problem within the first 30 days of the purchase, we will pay for shipping to and from us.
Both the Inter-Tel Axxess and the Mitel MiVoice phone systems have the capability to do both digital telephones and IP telephones. These are not cloud-based phone systems but the IP technology is implemented in both.
We are a Florida-based corporation and we only collect sales tax if inside the State of Florida. If you are a reseller or tax exempt in Florida, please provide us with your tax-exempt certificate in order to not be charged tax.
The Mitel MiVoice offers both SIP Trunking and SIP endpoints. Additional licenses are required.
